Summary:To provide an ablation system capable of improving convenience.SOLUTION: An ablation system 5 includes: an electrode needle 1 for percutaneously puncturing an affected part 90 in the body; and a power source device 3 having a power source part 32 for supplying power Pout for performing ablation between the electrode needle 1 and a counter electrode plate 4, and a control part 33 for controlling a power Pout supply operation in the power source part 32. During the ablation, the control part 33 measures an impedance value Z between the electrode needle 1 and the counter electrode plate 4, and counts the frequency of a break state (the number of times of break Nb) in which the impedance value Z exceeds a threshold Zth (first threshold). When the number of times of break Nb reaches a threshold Nth (second threshold), the control part ends the ablation automatically by stopping the supply of the power Pout automatically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】利便性を向上させることが可能なアブレーションシステムを提供する。【解決手段】アブレーションシステム5は、体内の患部90に対して経皮的に穿刺される電極針1と、この電極針1と対極板4との間にアブレーションを行うための電力Poutを供給する電源部32と、この電源部32における電力Poutの供給動作を制御する制御部33とを有する電源装置3とを備えている。制御部33は、アブレーションの際に、電極針1と対極板4との間のインピーダンス値Zを測定すると共に、このインピーダンス値Zが閾値Zth(第1閾値)を越えたブレイク状態の回数(ブレイク回数Nb)をカウントし、このブレイク回数Nbが閾値Nth(第2閾値)に到達した場合には、電力Poutの供給を自動的に停止させることにより、アブレーションを自動的に終了させる。【選択図】図4
