To provide a bath room air conditioner which prevents water droplets adhering to a plate-like member from flowing along a handle part of the plate-like member and dropping in a bath room.SOLUTION: A bath room air conditioner is attached to a ceiling opening 3 of a bath room and includes: a surface panel 6 which is attached to the lower side of a device body 4 and provided so as to cover the ceiling opening 3 from below; and a filter 5 which is provided at an upper position of the surface panel 6 and can be attached or detached in a state where the surface panel 6 is attached to the device body 4. The filter 5 has: a filter body part 5a positioned above the surface panel 6; a handle part 5b which is gripped during attachment to or detachment from the device body 4; and a water droplet dropping guide part 60 which is provided at an intermediate part 5c between the filter body part 5a and the handle part 5b and causes water droplets flowing thereto to drop on the surface panel 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】浴室空調装置において、板状部材に付着した水滴が板状部材の取手部を伝って浴室内に落下することを防止する。【解決手段】浴室の天井開口部３に取り付けられる浴室空調装置であって、装置本体４の下側に取り付けられ、天井開口部３を下側から覆うように設けられる表面パネル６と、表面パネル６の上方の位置に設けられ、装置本体４に表面パネル６が取り付けられた状態で着脱が可能なフィルタ５とを備え、フィルタ５は、表面パネル６の上方に位置するフィルタ本体部５ａと、装置本体４に対する着脱の際に掴まれる取手部５ｂと、フィルタ本体部５ａと取手部５ｂとの間の中間部５ｃに設けられ、伝ってきた水滴を表面パネル６上に落下させる水滴落下誘導部６０とを有している。【選択図】図８
