Summary:To provide an arrangement structure of an air conditioning unit improving quietness in a living room.SOLUTION: An arrangement structure of an air conditioning unit 1 is for air-conditioning a plurality of spaces in a building. The air conditioning unit 1 includes: a unit body 21 mounted on a floor; and an indoor unit of an air conditioner housed inside the unit body. An air supply port 63 for supplying air into the indoor unit is on the upper part of the unit body 21 and in the front side thereof, and a sound-absorbing material 66 is disposed at the air supply port 63. A vibration-proofing material 54 is disposed at the lower part of the unit body 21.
