Summary:To provide a bathtub water discharge device including an illumination unit from which light is radiated with illuminance whose uniformity is improved even when a front end is curved in a concave shape.SOLUTION: A bathtub water discharge device that is provided on the upper part of a bathtub, having an internal surface curved in a concave shape in the front and back direction, on the internal surface side and has a front end curved in a concave shape in the front and back direction comprises: a water discharge unit that includes a water discharge port provided at the front end and is capable of discharging wide hot-water extending in the right and left direction from the water discharge port; and an illumination unit that includes a light emitting port provided at the front end and a light source unit extending in the right and left direction, the light source unit radiating laterally long radiation light in the front direction toward the light emitting port.
