To provide a traffic control system that realizes safe and smooth traffic of moving entities including a pedestrian and vehicle.SOLUTION: A traffic control system includes traffic control means that is installed on a road on which a structure having a sign function such as a traffic signal SIG is disposed, and controls movements of moving entities including a pedestrian and vehicle.
