Summary: | To create an operation schedule for improving productivity in consideration of feasibility.SOLUTION: The method for creating an operation schedule for manufacturing a product through processing in a plurality of steps. The method includes combining a feasibility index which is an index that indicates the feasibility of the operation being realized according to the created operation schedule, and a productivity index which is an index that indicates the productivity with respect to the operation time according to the created operation schedule to consist a function. The value of the decision variable is calculated by solving the optimization problem using the function as an objective function to create the operation schedule. The feasibility index is calculated based on the probability distribution of the decision variables of the operation schedule obtained based on the operation result data. When a continuous casting operation schedule is to be created, for example, a conveying time between the upstream and downstream processing apparatuses by a ladle and the waiting time between charges in each processing apparatus are decision variables.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】実現性を考慮しつつ生産性改善を図った操業スケジュールを作成できるようにする。【解決手段】複数工程での処理を経て製品を製造する操業スケジュールを作成する操業スケジュール作成方法であって、作成された操業スケジュール通りに操業が実現する可能性である実現性を示す指標であって、操業実績データに基づいて求められた操業スケジュールの決定変数の確率分布に基づいて算出される実現性指標と、作成された操業スケジュールに従う操業の時間に関する生産性を示す指標である生産性指標との組合せにより構成される関数を目的関数として最適化問題を解くことにより、前記決定変数の値を算出して、操業スケジュールを作成する。連続鋳造の操業スケジュールを作成する場合、例えば上下流の処理装置間の取鍋による搬送時間、及び各処理装置におけるチャージ間の待機時間を決定変数とする。【選択図】図1 |
