Summary:To simplify a configuration of an air conditioner capable of switching modes among a heating mode, a cooling mode, and a dehumidifying and heating mode.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes heat generating devices 33, 35, 36, and 37 that generate heat when operated and are cooled by a heat medium, a low temperature heat medium outside air heat exchanger 32 for exchanging heat between the heat medium and outside air, and a heat medium circuit for circulating the heat medium in a low-pressure side refrigerant heat medium heat exchanger 17, the heat generating devices 33, 35, 36, and 37, and the heat medium outside air heat exchanger 32. A first decompression part 80 can switch a state between a state in which the refrigerant radiates heat to outside air by a refrigerant outside air heat exchanger 81, and a state in which the refrigerant absorbs heat from the outside air by the refrigerant outside air heat exchanger 81.
