Summary:To improve the appearance of the exterior of a vehicle and to prevent the upper end of a bezel from being reflected in a front window glass when an irradiation opening is provided with the bezel.SOLUTION: An irradiation opening 20 is formed in an instrument panel 1 with a form layer 13, and the form layer 13 is located over the inner peripheral edge and opening edge of the irradiation opening 20. A bezel 50 is disposed between the irradiation opening 20 and a head-up display 30 disposed thereunder. The irradiation opening 20 is angled toward the upper rear, and the opening front-side part thereof is at an acute angle to the horizontal plane and the opening rear-side part thereof is at an obtuse angle to the horizontal plane. The upper end of the bezel 50 is covered by the foam layer 13. When the irradiation opening 20 is viewed from above (refer to Figure 2), a rear wall part 50b of the bezel 50 is visible. When the irradiation opening 20 is viewed from a direction opposite to an irradiation direction α of the head-up display 30 (refer to Figure 3); however, the bezel 50 is invisible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】照射開口部にベゼルを設けた場合に、外観上の見栄え向上とベゼルの上端部がフロントウインドガラスに映り込んでしまう事態を防止する。【解決手段】発泡層13を有するインストルメントパネル1に形成された照射開口部20は、その内周縁部から開口縁部に渡って発泡層13が位置される。照射開口部20とその下方に配設されたヘッドアップディスプレイ30との間に、ベゼル50が配設される。照射開口部20が上後方に向かうように傾斜されて、水平面に対してその開口前側部分が鋭角とされると共に開口後側部分が鈍角とされる。ベゼル50の上端部が発泡層13で覆われる。照射開口部20を真上から見たとき(図2対応)にはベゼル50の後壁部50bを目視可能であるが、照射開口部20をヘッドアップディスプレイ30の照射方向αと反対方向から見たとき(図3対応)にはベゼル50は目視不能とされる。【選択図】 図6
