Summary:To provide aquaculture equipment improving taste and safety.SOLUTION: Aquaculture equipment 100 includes: a water tank 101 storing seawater W and accommodating shellfish or fish subject to aquaculture; water intake means 112 for introducing underground seawater into the water tank 101; and drainage means 103 for draining the seawater W in the water tank 101; and changes the seawater W in the water tank 101 by causing the drainage means 113 to drain the seawater W in the water tank 101, while causing the water intake means 112 to introduce the underground seawater.
