Summary: | To increase a degree of freedom of arrangement while maintaining reliability of operations.SOLUTION: A power supply device 42 includes a first conversion circuit 43c, a first control circuit 43d, a second conversion circuit 44a, a second control circuit 44b, a first substrate 431, and a second substrate 441. On the first substrate 431, a plurality of first circuit components 432 constituting the first conversion circuit 43c and the first control circuit 43d are mounted. On the second substrate 441, a plurality of second circuit components 442 constituting the second conversion circuit 44a and the second control circuit 44b are mounted. The first control circuit 43d controls the first conversion circuit 43c by power supply from the second control circuit 44b.
