To provide a coil diagnosis system, a coil diagnosis apparatus, and a coil diagnosis method capable of accurately diagnosing coil insulation based on a signal from a coil.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a coil of a rotating electric machine of the coil diagnosis system includes a coil conductor, a ground electrode and a measurement unit for measuring a signal from the coil in which an internal electrode is electrically insulated from the coil conductor and the ground electrode, is provided between the coil conductor and the ground electrode and corresponds to an electrically floating electrode.
