Summary:To provide outdoor equipment of an air conditioner which can inhibit falling of a fan motor while achieving a thickness reduction of the outdoor equipment.SOLUTION: Outdoor equipment 1 of an air conditioner includes a housing 2 and a fan motor 8 disposed at an inner side of the housing. The housing has a bottom member 21 and a front wall 22 extending from the bottom member in a vertical direction. The front wall has a ventilation part 4 having vent holes 43 penetrating through the front wall.
