Abstract | To provide azaspiro[4.5]decane derivatives, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, hydrates, N-oxides, and diastereomers thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided use of pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, hydrates, N-oxides, and diastereomers of azaspiro[4.5]decane derivatives, to treat pain.
