Summary:To improve environmental resistance of a stator.SOLUTION: A blower comprises: an impeller 400 which is rotatable a wind part 401 as a center of an axial direction; and a motor 300 rotatably driving the impeller. The motor comprises: a rotor 1 which can be rotated as the center of a center axis CA; and a stator 2 which rotatably drives the rotor. The stator comprises: a stator core 21; an insulator 22 covering the stator core; and a resin part 25 covering the stator core and the insulator. The stator core includes an annular core back as the center of the central axis; and a plurality of teeth extending to a radial direction one side from the core back. The insulator includes a projection part 3 projected to the radial direction one side from the stator core in at least an axial direction one direction side of the stator core.
