Summary:To provide a wide angle lens capable of achieving a wide angle, while maintaining the productivity of a second lens and shortening the distance between an object and an image of an entire lens system, with a four-group five-lens configuration.SOLUTION: A wide angle lens 100 has a four-group five-lens configuration. The second lens, a third lens 30, a fourth lens 40, and a fifth lens 50 are plastic lenses. The fourth lens 40 and the fifth lens 50 constitute a cemented lens 60.
