Summary:To provide a refrigerator which achieves both of quality maintenance of food products and energy saving and improves usability of a storage room by lowering a temperature in a lower section of the storage room and increasing a temperature difference between an upper section and the lower section in the storage room.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes: a storage room in a refrigeration temperature zone; a cold air duct provided on a back face side of the storage room; and air blow means. In the refrigerator, the cold air duct has a first cold air duct for mainly cooling an upper section of the storage room and a second cold air duct for mainly cooling a lower section of the storage room. When a space in the storage room is divided into a first region formed on an upper side of an intermediate shelf and a second region formed on a lower side of the intermediate shelf with the intermediate shelf closest to an intermediate portion between the storage room ceiling and the lowest shelf as a boundary, of a plurality of shelves provided at different height positions in the storage room, the second region is set to have a lower temperature than the first region by 1.6°C or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】貯蔵室内の下部を低温化し,貯蔵室内の上部と下部との温度差を高めることで,食品の品質維持と省エネを両立させ,かつ,貯蔵室の使い勝手を良くした冷蔵庫を提供する。【解決手段】冷蔵温度帯の貯蔵室と,該貯蔵室の背面側に設けられる冷気ダクトと,前記冷気ダクトへ冷気を送風する送風手段と,を備え,前記冷気ダクトは,前記貯蔵室の上部を主に冷却する第一冷気ダクト,および前記貯蔵室の下部を主に冷却する第二冷気ダクト,を有する冷蔵庫において,前記貯蔵室内の異なる高さ位置に設けられた複数の棚のうち,貯蔵室天井と最下段棚との中間に最も近い中間棚を境として,前記中間棚よりも上に形成される第一の領域と,前記中間棚よりも下に形成される第二の領域と,に前記貯蔵室内の空間を区画した場合に,前記第二の領域は前記第一の領域よりも1.6℃以上低くなるようにした。【選択図】図15
