Summary: | To solve the problem such as mechanical consumption and electric power generation performance deterioration.SOLUTION: A wind power generator comprises: a rotor for rotating by receiving wind; a nacelle for rotatably supporting the rotor; a tower for supporting the nacelle so that it can rotate in a yawing motion; an adjusting device for adjusting the yaw of the nacelle based on the yaw control command; and a control device for determining the yaw control command to be sent to the adjusting device. The control device includes yaw-angle calculation means for calculating a yaw angle from the wind direction measured by the wind direction measuring means and the direction of the rotor; and yaw control instruction generation means for determining a yaw control command based on the yaw angle, the yaw control start threshold value and the yaw control end threshold value, in which start threshold value and completion threshold value are identical in polarity and the completion threshold value is a smaller value than the start threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
