To provide a treatment apparatus of oil-containing seawater which is excellent in a recovery rate of product water with a reduced facility cost.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus of oil-containing seawater of the invention comprises: a first membrane treatment portion which performs membrane separation treatment of the oil-containing seawater; a second membrane treatment portion which performs membrane separation treatment of first concentrated water obtained by the membrane separation treatment in the first membrane treatment portion; a permeated water reserving portion which reserves first permeated water obtained by the membrane separation treatment in the first membrane treatment portion and second permeated water obtained by the membrane separation treatment in the second membrane treatment portion; a backwash mechanism which performs backwash of a separation membrane the first membrane treatment portion has using the permeated water reserved in the permeated water reserving portion; a concentrated water reserving portion which reserves the first concentrated water, second concentrated water obtained by the membrane separation treatment in the second membrane treatment portion, and wastewater generated by the backwash in the first membrane treatment portion; and a concentrated water supply mechanism which supplies the concentrated water reserved in the concentrated water reserving portion to the second membrane treatment portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、設備費用を抑えつつ生成水の回収率に優れる含油海水の処理装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の含油海水の処理装置は、含油海水を膜分離処理する第１膜処理部と、上記第１膜処理部で膜分離処理された第１濃縮水を膜分離処理する第２膜処理部と、上記第１膜処理部で膜分離処理された第１透過水及び上記第２膜処理部で膜分離処理された第２透過水を貯留する透過水貯留部と、上記透過水貯留部に貯留された透過水で上記第１膜処理部が有する分離膜を逆洗浄する逆洗浄機構と、上記第１濃縮水、上記第２膜処理部で膜分離処理された第２濃縮水及び上記第１膜処理部の逆洗浄により生じた排水を貯留する濃縮水貯留部と、上記濃縮水貯留部に貯留された濃縮水を上記第２膜処理部に供給する濃縮水供給機構とを備える。【選択図】図１
