Summary:To provide a skin condition evaluation device capable of facilitating evaluation without need of a dedicated measuring instrument for acquiring various types of information indicating a facial skin condition.SOLUTION: A skin condition evaluation method comprises: an acquisition process (S11) for acquiring blood stream information of facial skin of a testee; and an evaluation process (S13) for evaluating the facial skin condition of the testee on the basis of the acquired blood stream information.
