Summary:To provide a battery system monitoring device which monitors a battery system with a cell group that is a plurality of unit battery cells connected in series.SOLUTION: A first control device controlling a cell group, and a plurality of voltage detection lines connecting the first control device and a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a unit battery cell respectively for measuring an inter-terminal voltage of the unit battery cell are provided.
