Summary:To provide a video display system having excellent portability and handiness.SOLUTION: A video display system comprises a video image signal generation part, a projection type video image display device, an interactive screen device, a coordinate adjustment part and a video image change operation part. The interactive screen device is a portable type, and is arranged on a surface similar to a surface where the projection type video image display device is arranged. The interactive screen device comprises: a plurality of flat surface coordinate detection parts which can perform a handwriting input; a control part that connects to the plurality of flat surface coordinate detection parts, calculates a flat surface coordinate value, and converts a position of the handwriting input or an operation on a display surface into a position on a video image projected from the video image signal generation part; and a screen part that is overlapped and arranged to the flat surface coordinate detection part. The handwriting input and the operation can be performed by touching onto a screen in which the video image is projected on the surface of the screen part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】可搬性や簡便性に優れた映像表示システムを提供する。【解決手段】映像信号生成部と、投射型映像表示装置と、インタラクティブスクリーン装置と、座標調整部と、映像変更操作部とを備え、インタラクティブスクリーン装置は、可搬式で、かつ、投射型映像表示装置が配置される面と同一の面上に配置され、インタラクティブスクリーン装置は、手書き入力が可能な複数の平面座標検出部と、前記複数の平面座標検出部と接続し、平面座標値を演算し、表示面上における手書き入力または操作の位置を映像信号生成部から投射された映像上の位置に変換する制御部と、前記平面座標検出部に重ねて配置したスクリーン部からなり、そのスクリーン部の表面に映像が投射されたスクリーン上に触れることで手書き入力または操作を行う。【選択図】図1
