To downsize a power module.SOLUTION: A power module comprises: a plurality of first power semiconductor elements 14 provided between a first base plate 11 and a first top board 51; a plurality of first pressing members 15 respectively provided between the first top board 51 and each of the plurality of first power semiconductor elements 14, and pressed against the plurality of first power semiconductor elements 14; a first case 13 provided on the first base plate 11 to surround the plurality of first power semiconductor elements 14; first metal wiring 16 provided on the first case 13 and surrounding the plurality of first power semiconductor elements 14 in plan view; and a first metal lead 17 leading to the first metal wiring 16 and extending toward the inside of the first case 13. Each of the plurality of first power semiconductor elements 14 includes a first electrode 41.
