Summary:To enable analyses to be carried out using accurate calibration curve data in which the influences of a measurement object component included in a sample gas are corrected, without the need for correcting the influences of components not include in the sample gas.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a calibration curve data storage unit 21 that stores N kinds of calibration curve data, created in advance for N kinds of measurement object components, in which the influences on the concentration of each measurement object component of other N-1 kinds of measurement object components are corrected; and a concentration calculation unit 22 for calculating the concentrations of measurement object components using the N kinds of calibration curve data.
