To provide a thermoplastic resin composition from which a molded article excellent in flowability, rigidity, impact resistance and weather resistance is obtained, and a molded article thereof.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains: a graft copolymer (E) obtained by graft polymerization of one or more vinyl monomers with a composite rubbery polymer obtained by combining polyorganosiloxane and an alkyl(meth)acrylate polymer; and polymethyl methacrylate (F), wherein a volume average particle size of the composite rubbery polymer is 100-200 nm, and a ratio of the particles with a particle size of 300-500 nm in the total particles of the composite rubbery polymer is 5-25 vol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】流動性に優れ、剛性、耐衝撃性および耐候性に優れた成形品が得られる熱可塑性樹脂組成物およびその成形品を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオルガノシロキサンとアルキル（メタ）アクリレート系重合体とが複合した複合ゴム状重合体に、１種以上のビニル系単量体がグラフト重合したグラフト共重合体（Ｅ）と、ポリメタクリル酸メチル（Ｆ）とを含有し、前記複合ゴム状重合体の体積平均粒子径が１００〜２００ｎｍであり、前記複合ゴム状重合体の全粒子中に占める、粒子径が３００〜５００ｎｍである粒子の割合が５〜２５体積％である、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
