Summary: | To provide a filler obtained by cutting an open carbon fiber resin tape and being capable of, by blending with a base material containing resin, etc., enhancing properties such as flexural strength, tensile strength, electromagnetic wave shield property, electric conductive property of a base material, etc., and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The filler of the present invention is an open carbon fiber resin material of a carbon fiber bundle being in an enlarged state, containing PVA, an alumina sol, and potassium persulfate between carbon fibers. 【課題】樹脂等を含む基材と混合することによって、基材の曲げ強さ、引張強度、電磁波遮蔽性、及び導電性等の機能を高めることができる、開繊炭素繊維樹脂テープを裁断してなる充填材及びその製造方法に関する。【解決手段】本発明に係る充填材は、PVAとアルミナゾルと過硫酸カリウムとを炭素繊維間に含む炭素繊維束の拡開状の開繊炭素繊維樹脂材料であって、開繊炭素繊維樹脂材料の長さが1mm〜30mmであり、幅が3mm〜80mmである。【選択図】図1 |
