Summary: | To miniaturize a manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a bearing unit.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 10 fixes an inner ring member which is externally fitted to an end part of the shaft direction one side of a shaft main body of an inner shaft 53 by means of a calking part provided so as to be extended from the end part. The manufacturing apparatus 10 includes a rotation mechanism 11 and a calking mechanism 12. The rotation mechanism 11 has the rotation body 21 which retains the shaft direction other side of the inner shaft 53 from below by setting a center axis C0 of the inner shaft 53 as the vertical direction and, at the same time, rotates the inner shaft 53 around the center shaft C0 and the rotation body 21 is positioned on the lower side of a working area K1 of a bearing unit 50. The calking mechanism 12 has a punch which is brought into contact with the calking part and plastically deforms the calking part, and is positioned on the upper side of the working area K1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】軸受ユニットを製造するための製造装置を小型化する。【解決手段】製造装置10は、内軸53の軸本体の軸方向一方側の端部に外嵌する内輪部材を、この端部から延びて設けられているかしめ部によって固定する。製造装置10は、回転機構11と、かしめ機構12とを備えている。回転機構11は、内軸53の中心軸C0を上下方向としてこの内軸53の軸方向他方側を下から保持すると共に内軸53を中心軸C0回りに回転させる回転体21を有し、この回転体21が軸受ユニット50の加工エリアK1の下側に設置されている。かしめ機構12は、前記かしめ部に接触して当該かしめ部を塑性変形させるパンチを有し、加工エリアK1の上側に設置されている。【選択図】 図3 |
