Summary:To provide a cleaning method of a hollow fiber membrane filtering device which can clean a hollow fiber membrane while suppressing contamination of a region on an inner surface side of the hollow fiber membrane, and provide the hollow fiber membrane filtering device.SOLUTION: A cleaning method of a hollow fiber membrane filtering device is a method of cleaning a surface of a hollow fiber membrane 11 in the hollow fiber membrane filtering device 1 for filtering raw water by the hollow fiber membrane 11. The method includes: a filtering process of extracting a filtered water from an inner surface side by permeating the raw water from an outer surface side to the inner surface side of the hollow fiber membrane 11; and a backwash process of pushing out the filtered water from the inner surface side to the outer surface side of the hollow fiber membrane 11 by compressed air passing through separation means 40 which can separate at least either contaminant of fine particles, water contents, oil, microorganisms, or viruses contained in the compressed air from the compressed air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】中空糸膜の内表面側の領域の汚染を抑制しつつ中空糸膜を洗浄することが可能な中空糸膜濾過装置の洗浄方法及び中空糸膜濾過装置を提供する。【解決手段】中空糸膜濾過装置の洗浄方法は、中空糸膜11により原水を濾過する中空糸膜濾過装置1において、中空糸膜11の表面を洗浄する方法である。この方法は、中空糸膜11の外表面側から内表面側に向かって原水を透過させることにより、内表面側から濾過水を取り出す濾過工程と、圧縮空気に含まれる微粒子、水分、オイル、微生物及びウイルスのうち少なくともいずれかの汚染物質を圧縮空気から分離可能な分離手段40を通過した圧縮空気によって、中空糸膜11の内表面側から外表面側に向かって濾過水を押し出す逆洗工程と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
