Summary:To correct degradation prediction using inspection results that take measurement errors and time errors into consideration and to improve prediction accuracy of degradation.SOLUTION: Variation is given to deterministic prediction and the distribution of the variation in deterioration prediction is corrected to the distribution of variation of inspection result by using the inspection result. Giving the weight "degradation expression rate" to the distributed deterioration prediction, it is corrected to fit the distribution of inspection results. By referencing the distributed deterioration prediction, the range surrounded by the range of "measurement error" included in the inspection results and "time error" of when the deterioration state has come is set as "error box" and the deterioration prediction is corrected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23 【課題】測定誤差、時間誤差を考慮した点検結果を用いて劣化予測を補正し、劣化予測の精度向上を図る。【解決手段】確定的な予測に対してばらつきを与え、点検結果を用いて劣化予測のばらつきの分布を点検結果のばらつきの分布に補正した上で、ばらつかせた劣化予測に「劣化表現率」という重みを与え、それを点検結果の分布に合うように補正し、これに対して、点検結果に含まれる「測定誤差」と、いつその劣化状態になったかの「時間的な誤差」との範囲で囲まれる範囲を「誤差ボックス」として設定し、劣化予測を補正する。【選択図】図23
