To provide a bracket for guard fence which makes it possible to adjust a horizontal angle of a steel pipe while ensuring safety and aesthetic appearance thereof, and a guard fence using the same.SOLUTION: A bracket for guard fence 4 comprises: a first side face 41; a second side face 42 opposed to the first side face 41; a third side face 43 and a fourth side face 44 formed so as to sandwich the first side face 41 and the second side face 42; a first bolt fastening hole provided in a position opposed to each of the first side face 41 and the second side face 42, and used in bolt coupling the bracket for guard fence 4 to a pole 2; and a second bolt fastening hole provided in the vicinity of the end of the bracket for guard fence 4 on both the ends of each of the third side face 43 and the fourth side face 44, and used in fixing a steel pipe 3. First cutout parts 41a are formed at both the ends of the first side face 41, and second cutout parts 42a are formed at both the ends of the second side face 42.
