Summary: | To provide a joint structure of a ground reinforcement pipe which can prevent destabilization of the ground due to rapid stress release at tunnel boring even if the deformation of the ground is large, prevent increase of the load on a timbering, and prevent rupture of a joint portion of thread coupling in a long tubular reinforcing material.SOLUTION: A joint structure of a ground reinforcement pipe includes: an internal thread provided at a root of an internal thread region on the internal thread side of a first coupler member 2 and the like; an external thread provided near a distal end of an external thread region on the external thread side of a second coupler member 3 and the like and disposed on a far side from the internal thread at the root apart from the internal thread at the root; and a sliding mechanism for releasing the threaded state of the internal thread region and the external thread region by a tensile load equal to or greater than a predetermined value in an axial direction and sliding the external thread near the distal end until it abuts against the internal thread at the root.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】地山の変形が大きい場合でも、トンネル掘進時の急激な応力解放による地山の不安定化、支保工への負荷の増大を防ぐことができると共に、長尺の管状補強材におけるねじ結合の継手部分の破断を防止することができる地山補強管の継手構造を提供する。【解決手段】第1のカプラ部材2等の雌ねじ側の雌ねじ領域の根元に設けられる雌ねじと、第2のカプラ部材3等の雄ねじ側の雄ねじ領域の先端近傍に設けられ、根元の雌ねじと離間して根元の雌ねじよりも奥側に配置される雄ねじと、軸方向の所定以上の引張荷重により、雌ねじ領域と雄ねじ領域の螺合状態を解除して、先端近傍の雄ねじが根元の雌ねじに当接するまでスライドさせるスライド機構を備える地山補強管の継手構造。【選択図】図6 |
