Summary:To provide an insulation structure and an insulation construction method which can prevent brace deformation from being suppressed through interference created by stretch type braces installed in a wall structure plane of a building having a framework structural skeleton and hard insulating material filled in the structure plane.SOLUTION: For an insulation structure and an insulation construction method receiving a brace 2 in a concave groove 31 after installing in a wall structure plane 1 a board-like insulation material on which the concave groove 31 corresponding to a shape of the brace 2 is formed on one side surface, at least a part of a side edge of the concave groove 31 is shaped in a non-straight curve or flexure not to prevent the brace 2 from deforming on an earthquake or the like. For the insulation structure and the insulation construction method spraying curable spraying insulation material 4 in the wall structure plane 1, a brace insulation cover 5 with at least a part of the side edge shaped in the non-straight curve or flexure in a way not to prevent the brace from deforming is covered on the brace 2 and the spraying insulation material 4 is filled on the outer side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 軸組構造躯体を有する建物の壁構面に組み付けられる引張型の筋かいと、該構面内に充填される硬質の断熱材との干渉によって筋かいの撓み変形が妨げられるのを回避し得る断熱構造・工法を提供する。【解決手段】 筋かい2の形状に対応する凹溝31を片側表面に形成したボード状断熱材を壁構面1内に建て込み、凹溝31内に筋かい2を収容する断熱構造・工法においては、凹溝31の側縁の少なくとも一部を、地震時等における筋かい2の撓み変形を妨げないように非直線的に湾曲または屈曲した形状となす。壁構面1内に硬化性の吹付断熱材4を吹き付ける断熱構造・工法においては、筋かい2に、その撓み変形を妨げないように側縁の少なくとも一部を非直線的に湾曲または屈曲させた形状の筋かい断熱カバー5を被せて、その外側に吹付断熱材4を充填する。【選択図】 図2
