Summary:To provide a cement additive material capable of suppressing reduction of strength development property of a cement composition containing fly ash, although the fly ash adaptive to a regulation of fly ash IV type in "JIS A 6201:2015 (fly ash for concrete)" is contained.SOLUTION: There is provided a cement additive material containing 100 pts.mass of fly ash adaptive to a regulation of fly ash IV type in "JIS A 6201:2015 (fly ash for concrete)", and 15 to 400 pts.mass of coal gasification slag ground product having Blaine specific surface area of 3,000 to 10,000 cm/g, and having percentage content of CaO in the coal gasification slag ground product of 11.0 to 23.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】「ＪＩＳ Ａ ６２０１：２０１５（コンクリート用フライアッシュ）」のフライアッシュＩＶ種の規定に適合するフライアッシュを含むにもかかわらず、該フライアッシュを含むセメント組成物の強度発現性の低下を抑制しうるセメント添加材を提供する。【解決手段】「ＪＩＳ Ａ ６２０１：２０１５（コンクリート用フライアッシュ）」のフライアッシュＩＶ種の規定に適合するフライアッシュ１００質量部、および、ブレーン比表面積が３，０００〜１０，０００ｃｍ２／ｇである石炭ガス化スラグ粉砕物１５〜４００質量部を含むセメント添加材であって、上記石炭ガス化スラグ粉砕物中、ＣａＯの含有率が１１．０〜２３．０質量％であるセメント添加材。【選択図】なし
