To provide a vehicle seat which enables reduction of a capacity of a pad in a seat back incorporating an airbag.SOLUTION: One aspect of the disclosure is a vehicle seat including a seat back. The seat back has: a back frame forming a framework of the seat back; a cover forming an outer surface of the seat back; an airbag which is housed inside the cover at one side of the seat back as seen in a seat width direction; a first resin panel which at least partially contacts with an inner surface of the cover; and a second panel which at least partially contacts with the inner surface of the cover and separates from the first panel. The first panel has: a panel body which is disposed at a position facing the airbag in a storage state while separating therefrom; and a claw part protruding from the panel body to the airbag. The second panel has a receiving part provided with a through hole with which a tip part of the claw part may engage.
