Summary: | To provide a technology for preventing lowering a life of a liquid absorption sheet by repeated acceleration.SOLUTION: A recording device includes transfer means which performs a transfer operation of transferring an ink image formed on a transfer part onto a recording medium, and liquid absorption means which absorbs a liquid component from an ink image on the transfer part before the transfer operation, where the liquid absorption means includes an endless liquid absorption sheet 50 and displacement means which displaces the liquid absorption sheet 50 between a contact state where the liquid absorption sheet 50 can be brought into contact with the transfer part and a retreat state. When the liquid absorption sheet 50 is displaced from the retreat state to the contact state, the recording device further includes acceleration control means that controls acceleration action of the transfer part and the liquid absorption sheet 50, and determination means that determines acceleration action start positions AP1 to AP4 of the liquid absorption sheet 50 positioned when the acceleration control means starts the acceleration action at a liquid absorption position A where the liquid absorption sheet 50 is brought into contact with the transfer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】加速が繰り返されることによる液吸収シートの寿命の低下を防止する技術を提供する。【解決手段】転写部に形成されたインク像を記録媒体に転写する転写動作を行う転写手段及び転写動作の前に、転写部上のインク像から液体成分を吸収する液吸収手段を備えた記録装置であって、液吸収手段は、無端の液吸収シート50及び液吸収シート50が転写部と接触可能な接触状態と退避状態とに、液吸収シート50を変位させる変位手段を備える。記録装置は更に液吸収シート50が退避状態から接触状態へ変位された場合に、転写部及び液吸収シート50の加速動作を制御する加速制御手段及び液吸収シート50が転写部と接触する液吸収位置Aに、加速制御手段が加速動作を開始するときに位置する液吸収シート50の加速動作開始部位AP1〜AP4を決定する決定手段を備える。【選択図】図10 |
