Summary:To provide a lighting device which enables reduction of a cost and weight of a heat radiation part while maintaining heat radiation performance.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1a includes: a rechargeable battery 11; a power source part 4 which charges the rechargeable battery 11; a body 2 to which the power source part 4 is attached; a light source unit 50a having a light source substrate; and a frame 14 covering the lower surface side of the light source unit 50a. The light source unit 50a has a heat sink 7a which has a light source housing part 74 being a recess for housing the light source substrate and with which a bottom surface part of the light source housing part 74 and a substrate rear surface of the light source substrate contact. Further, the light source unit 50a includes a holder 9 which is housed in the light source housing part 74 while pressing the substrate rear surface of the light source substrate to the heat sink 7a.
