To provide a lighting control device for use in a railroad facility capable of performing turning on/off control of a lighting device in accordance with the actual arrival/departure of a train even in the case where train delay or the like has occurred.SOLUTION: A lighting control device includes a control means (31) for controlling lighting lamps installed in a railroad facility on the basis of train position information acquired from a train operation information providing device (20) which holds train position information having a real-time property. The control means grasps approach and separation of a train to/from a prescribed section before and after the railroad facility in accordance with the train position information, and can perform control so as to turn on the lighting lamps while the train exists in the prescribed section, and turns off or reduce the illumination of at least some of the lighting lamps while the train does not exist in the prescribed section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】列車遅延等が発生した場合にも、実際の列車の発着に応じて照明装置を点灯／消灯制御することができる鉄道設備における照明制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】リアルタイム性のある列車位置情報を保有する列車運行情報提供装置（２０）から取得した列車位置情報に基づいて、鉄道設備に設置された照明灯を制御する制御手段（３１）を備え、前記制御手段は、前記列車位置情報に応じて当該鉄道設備の前後の所定区間への列車の接近および離反を把握し、当該所定区間に列車が在線する間は照明灯を点灯させ、前記所定区間に列車が在線していない間は照明灯の少なくとも一部を消灯もしくは照度を低下させるように制御可能に構成した。【選択図】図１
