Summary:To provide a rotation transmission device which hardly generates a collision sound between an armature and a rotor, and is stabilized in a motion in which the armature is adsorbed to the rotor.SOLUTION: A cushioning member 50 is arranged between an armature 30 and a rotor 31. The cushioning member 50 is composed of a metal ring 51 which is movably supported to the armature 30 in an axial direction, and a rubber ring 52 which is compressed in the axial direction between the armature 30 and the metal ring 51 as the armature 30 approximates the rotor 31. The rubber ring 52 has a shape in which a thickness in the axial direction is changed along a peripheral direction so as to be compressed in a region which is long in the peripheral direction in the case that a compression amount in the axial direction is large compared with the case that the compression amount in the axial direction is small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】アーマチュアとロータの衝突音が生じにくく、かつ、アーマチュアがロータに吸着される動作が安定した回転伝達装置を提供する。【解決手段】アーマチュア30とロータ31の間に緩衝部材50を設ける。緩衝部材50は、アーマチュア30に軸方向に移動可能に支持された金属環51と、アーマチュア30がロータ31に近づくに従って、アーマチュア30と金属環51との間で軸方向に圧縮されるゴム環52とからなる。ゴム環52は、軸方向の圧縮量が小さいときよりも軸方向の圧縮量が大きいときの方が周方向に長い領域で圧縮されるように軸方向厚さが周方向に沿って変化する形状を有する。【選択図】図1
