Summary:To enable narrow width of a belt and small diameter of a pulley, and support space saving of a conveyance mechanism.SOLUTION: A belt with a projection has teeth at a predetermined tooth pitch in a belt inner surface longitudinal direction, also has at a back part, a belt body extending in the longitudinal direction and in which core wires are buried so as to be arranged at a predetermined core wire pitch in a width direction, and further has a projection part formed with integral molding on a belt body back face. The fineness of the core wire is within a range of 900-1100 denier, and a ratio of a total of intervals between adjacent core wires to a belt width is within a range of 12-45%. The projection part is arranged outside the teeth, the hardness of the projection is within a rnage of 81-91 degrees (conforming to JIS K6253:2012, measured by an A-type hardness meter), and a root width of the projection part is made smaller than the tooth pitch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ベルトの細幅化とプーリの小径化を可能とし、搬送機構の省スペース化に対応する。【解決手段】本発明の突起付きベルトは、ベルト内面長手方向に所定の歯ピッチで歯部を有し、背部に長手方向に延在し且つ幅方向に所定の心線ピッチで配列した心線を埋設したベルト本体と、前記ベルト本体背面に一体成形で形成された突起部とを有するものに関する。前記心線の繊度は、900〜1100デニールであり、ベルト幅に対する、隣り合う心線との間隔の合計の割合が、12〜45%である。前記突起部は、前記歯部の外側に配置され、前記突起部の硬度は、81〜91度(JIS K6253:2012に準拠、A型硬度計で測定)であり、前記突起部の根元幅は、前記歯ピッチよりも小さい。【選択図】図2
