Summary: | To provide a daylighting device capable of realizing a natural light environment by leveling lightness on a ceiling plane.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a daylighting device 1 which reflects sunlight S and irradiates a ceiling plane 3b with reflection light R. The daylighting device 1 is characterized in that, along a window 3f, a light introduction mitigation region R1 and a light introduction region R2 are provided successively from an upper side to a lower side. The light introduction mitigation region R1 includes multiple light diffusion reflective plates 11 each of which is provided in such a manner that an outer end 11a is positioned at an outdoor side 5 and an inner end 11b is positioned at an indoor side 3 and includes a top face that is finished in such a manner that light is diffused. The light introduction region R2 includes multiple mirror reflective plates 10 each of which is provided in such a manner that an outer end 10a is positioned at the outdoor side 5 and an inner end 10b is positioned at the indoor side 3, and includes a top face 10c that is mirror-finished in such a manner that light is reflected directly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
