To provide a business management device, business management method and program that calculate a value of a business management index on the basis of financial data, and output a plurality of analysis results.SOLUTION: A business management support device 10 has: a data acquisition unit 30 that acquires financial data on an object; a business management analysis unit 32 that calculates a value of a business management index on the basis of the acquired financial data and analyzes a business management of the object on the basis of a database 23 associating the value of the business management index with the analysis result and the calculated value of the business management index; and an output unit 28 that outputs the analysis result by the business management analysis unit 32. The database 23 has a plurality of associations of the value of the business management with the analysis result, and the business management analysis unit 32 is configured to determine a plurality of analysis results corresponding to the calculated value of the business management index.
