Summary: | To provide a three-dimensional laminated modeling apparatus capable of forming a highly accurate three-dimensional structure without being affected by the mechanical accuracy of the stage.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional laminated modeling apparatus includes a stage, a reference member, and an electron detector. The stage supports a modeling container accommodating a powder material and changes its height together with the lamination of the powder material to keep the surface position of the powder material at a constant height. The reference member indicates a position in the horizontal direction of the stage by generating a predetermined reflected electron signal with respect to an electron beam set on the stage and focused and scanned on the surface of the powder material.
