Summary:To improve a success rate of yarn switching by reducing rubbing of yarn by a blade and yarn split of multifilament by a tip end part of the blade when yarn switching is performed, in a winding machine of a blade traverse system.SOLUTION: An upstream side guide member for regulating a position where a yarn is brought into contact with a blade is provided near an upstream side of the blade, and further a downstream side guide member for regulating a yarn path by contacting to the yarn at a time point at least from completion of turret to completion of yarn gathering is provided on a downstream side of the blade. The yarn path is regulated by the upstream side guide member and the downstream side guide member so that the position where the yarn is brought into contact with the blade at the time point of yarn gathering is on the tip end side of the blade compared with the time of ordinary winding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】羽根トラバース方式の巻取り機において、糸切替を行う際に羽根による糸のしごきや、羽根の先端部によるマルチフィラメントの糸割れを軽減して、糸切替成功率を向上させる。【解決手段】羽根に糸条が当接する位置を規制するための上流側ガイド部材を羽根の上流側近傍に備え、かつ少なくともターレット完了後から糸寄せ完了するまでの時点における糸条に接触して糸道を規制する下流側ガイド部材を前記羽根の下流側に備え、糸寄せする時点において前記羽根に糸条が当接する位置が、通常巻取り時よりも羽根の先端側となるように、前記上流側ガイド部材および前記下流側ガイド部材によって糸道を規制する。【選択図】図1
