Summary:To provide a jack-up device small in outer diameter of the device and large in the amount of jack-up.SOLUTION: In a jack-up device according to the present invention, which is a jack-up device having a multistage hydraulic cylinder mechanism, a hydraulic cylinder mechanism on the outside is a double-acting cylinder mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder mechanism in the center is a single-acting cylinder mechanism. The double-acting cylinder mechanism may has: a forward channel for supplying hydraulic oil to a space opposite the cylinder in an outer cylinder; and a backward channel for supplying hydraulic oil to a space on the inner cylinder side in the outer cylinder.
