To provide a scanning display device and a scanning display system capable of suppressing the occurrence of luminance unevenness in a displayed image.SOLUTION: A scanning display device 1 comprises: a light source 2 emitting projection display laser light L1; a light condensing part 6 condensing the laser light L1 emitted from the light source 2; a light scanning part 3 scanning the laser light L1 transmitting through the light condensing part 6; and a light diffusion part 4 including a plurality of two-dimensionally arrayed light diffusion channels 4a and diffusing the laser light L1 scanned by the light scanning part 3.
