Summary:To provide a dust splash prevention material easy to be scattered.SOLUTION: There is provided a dust splash prevention material containing water, vinyl polyacetate, and polyvinyl alcohol, and having a volume ratio of the water and the vinyl polyacetate of 90:10 to 99.2:0.8, and volume of the polyvinyl alcohol is 0.005% to 0.5% when total volume of the water and the vinyl polyacetate is 100%. By scattering the same to soil, a coating is formed on a surface of the soil and scattering dust from a surface layer of the soil is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】散布しやすい粉塵飛散防止材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、水と、ポリ酢酸ビニルと、ポリビニルアルコールとを含有する粉塵飛散防止材であって、水とポリ酢酸ビニルとの体積比が９０：１０〜９９．２：０．８であり、水とポリ酢酸ビニルとの合計体積を１００％としたときのポリビニルアルコールの体積が０．００５％〜０．５％である。これを土壌に散布すると、土壌の表面で皮膜を形成し、土壌の表層から粉塵が飛散することが防止される。【選択図】なし
