Summary:To provide an emulsification type vaccine formulation having an emulsion particle diameter capable of efficiently enhancing an adjuvant effect, and a device capable of creating the emulsion particle diameter which is required.SOLUTION: There is provided an emulsification type vaccine formulation whose dispersion particle diameter of a disperse phase dispersed in a continuous phase is 1-50 μm. There is also provided a device for creating an emulsification type formulation which mounts thereon a porous structure capable of creating the above mentioned vaccine formulation.EFFECT: In the device for creating an emulsification type vaccine formulation, even when a W/O type adjuvant vaccine is created from an adjuvant oil to which 15% of high density surfactant is added, the water phase dispersion particles thereof do not become fine, it is possible to control so as to acquire a most numerous particle diameter which is 10 μm±5 μm, and distribution of diameters can be adjusted to become uniform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】アジュバント効果を効率よく高めるためのエマルション粒子径を有する乳化型ワクチン製剤、及びその必要なエマルション粒子径を生成することのできるデバイスの提供。【解決手段】連続相中に分散する分散相の分散粒子径が1〜50μmである乳化型ワクチン製剤。前記乳化型ワクチン製剤を生成することのできる多孔質構造体を搭載した乳化型製剤生成用デバイス。【効果】前記乳化型製剤生成用デバイスは、15%の高濃度界面活性剤が添加されているアジュバントオイルでW/O型アジュバントワクチンを生成しても、その水相分散粒子は微細化することなく、目的とする最頻粒子径10μm±5μmが得られるようにコントロールすることができ、かつその分布を均一に調製できる。【選択図】図1
