Summary:To provide a non-contact open device of a vehicle door which enables a door to be easily opened to an open position that is required by a user.SOLUTION: A non-contact open device 20 of a vehicle door includes a detection part 21, a control part 24, and an actuator 26. The detection part 21 includes a first detection part 22 and a second detection part 23. The second detection part 23 detects an object (i.e. a hand) in a detection range and measures a distance to the object. The control part 24 stores the distance measured by the second detection part 23 as an initial value and outputs a door open signal on the basis of the stored initial value.
