Summary: | To provide a member joining method capable of inhibiting defect generation, increasing productivity and reducing a cost.SOLUTION: A hub member 1 (first member) is loaded on a rotary table 200. A boss member 8 (second member) is brought into contact with a front-side surface 2 that is a surface on the opposite side of the rotary table 200 for the hub member 1. The rotary table 200 is rotatively driven to rotate the hub member 1 and the boss member 8 together. A forming roller 400 is pressed against the front-side surface 2 of the hub member 1. The front-side surface 2 of the hub member 1 is plastically deformed and brought into contact with an anchorage region D of the boss member 8 so as to join the hub member 1 and the boss member 8 together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】欠陥の発生を抑制し、生産性を高め、コストを低減可能な部材接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】回転台200にハブ部材1(第1部材)を載置し、ハブ部材1における回転台200と反対側の面である表側面2にボス部材8(第2部材)を接触させる。そして回転台200を回転駆動してハブ部材1とボス部材8とを共に回転させ、フォーミングローラ400をハブ部材1の表側面2に押圧し、ハブ部材1の表側面2を塑性変形させてボス部材8の定着部位Dに接触させて、ハブ部材1とボス部材8とを接合する。【選択図】図1 |
