Summary:To suppress reduction of cell quality while controlling the size of a cell cluster.SOLUTION: A cell culture tank 2 comprises: a tank body 8 which houses culture medium M; a pump 12 which is connected to the tank body 8 and generates a flow of the culture medium M; a blade unit 30 which divides a cell cluster C on a bottom part of the tank body 8; a controller 40 which controls the pump 12. The controller 40 activates the pump 12 so as to make a flow state of the culture medium M become a culture state. Then, the controller 40 switches the action of the pump 12 such that the flow state of the culture medium M becomes a divided state different from the culture state. The divided state has a smaller rising speed of the culture medium M with respect to the culture state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】細胞品質の低下を抑制しつつ細胞塊の大きさを制御する。【解決手段】細胞培養槽2は、培地Mを収容する槽本体8と、槽本体8に接続され、培地Mの流れを生じさせるポンプ12と、槽本体8の底部において、細胞塊Cを分断するブレードユニット30と、ポンプ12を制御する制御装置40と、を備える。制御装置40は、培地Mの流れ状態を培養状態とするようにポンプ12を動作させる。その後、制御装置40は、培地Mの流れ状態を培養状態とは異なる分断状態となるようにポンプ12の動作を切り替える。分断状態は、培養状態に対して培地Mの上昇速度が小さい。【選択図】図1
