Summary:To provide an all-solid battery in which the occurrence of peeling at the interface between a negative electrode active material and a solid electrolyte and between the negative electrode active material layer and a negative electrode current collector layer is suppressed even in a case in which a material having a large degree of expansion and shrinkage when Li ions are absorbed and released with charge and discharge is used as a negative electrode active material.SOLUTION: In an all-solid battery in which a negative electrode current collector layer 1, a negative electrode active material layer 2, a solid electrolyte layer 3, a positive electrode active material layer 4, and a positive electrode current collector layer 5 are stacked in this order, the negative electrode active material layer 2 includes a negative electrode active material 2a and a solid electrolyte 2b, the solid electrolyte 2b is a sintered body having a void 2c, and the negative electrode active material 2a is disposed on a surface in contact with the void 2c of a solid electrolyte sintered body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】負極活物質として、充放電に伴ってLiイオンを吸収及び放出する際の膨張及び収縮の程度が大きい材料を使用した場合でも、負極活物質と固体電解質と界面、及び負極活物質層と負極集電体層との界面の剥れの発生が抑制された、全固体電池を提供すること。【解決手段】負極集電体層1、負極活物質層2、固体電解質層3、正極活物質層4、及び正極集電体層5が、この順に積層された全固体電池であって、負極活物質層2は負極活物質2a及び固体電解質2bを含み、固体電解質2bは空隙2cを有する焼結体であり、負極活物質2aは固体電解質焼結体の空隙2cに接する面に配置されている、全固体電池。【選択図】図1
